Little Brother began in 2014 as a one-technician operation in Chennai. Over the years we've grown into a small but committed team that handles refrigerator and washing machine repairs across the city — one home at a time.
We're an independent service provider. We are not an authorised service centre for any brand, and we don't pretend to be. What we are is honest, on time, and skilled at what we do — which is why most of our customers come back to us, and refer their friends.

These Terms govern your use of the Little Brother Appliance Services website and our repair services. By contacting us or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Little Brother Appliance Services is an independent third-party appliance repair business based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are not an authorised service centre, partner, agent or representative of any appliance brand or manufacturer.
We provide home doorstep repair and maintenance for refrigerators and washing machines across Chennai. Acceptance of any specific repair job is at our discretion, based on the appliance, problem and availability of parts.
After diagnosis, the technician will share a fixed quote for parts and labour. Repair work begins only after you approve the quote, either verbally, in writing or via WhatsApp. By approving, you authorise us to carry out the work.
We use original manufacturer or OEM-grade spare parts. Where original parts are not available, we will inform you and offer suitable alternatives. Replaced parts come with their own manufacturer warranty, which is mentioned on your invoice.
We provide a 30-day warranty against the recurrence of the same fault that was repaired. If the same problem returns within 30 days, we will re-service the appliance free of charge. The warranty does not cover:
While we take all reasonable care, Little Brother is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from appliance breakdown, including spoilage of food, missed laundry, or business interruption. Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that particular service.
We reserve the right to decline any job that is unsafe, technically not feasible, or beyond economical repair, and to recommend replacement instead.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We want every customer to have a fair experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our appliance repair services.
The diagnosis visit charge is waived (effectively refunded against the repair bill) if you proceed with the repair through us. If you decide not to proceed, the visit charge is non-refundable as it covers the technician's time, travel and diagnostic effort.
If we attempt a repair, collect labour charges, and the same fault is not resolved, we will:
Refund of spare parts cost applies only if the part is still in unused, resaleable condition. Used or installed parts cannot be refunded.
If the same fault recurs within 30 days of the original repair, we will re-service it at no charge — no refund is issued, but the issue will be fixed at our cost. Different faults or unrelated breakdowns are not covered.
